Office of the Controller and Auditor General is a organisation that has been established to safeguard to maintain the financial integrity of New Zealand's parliamentary system of government. Information is of critical importance allowing individuals to learn from previous reviews but to also have an up to date overview of any government agency at anytime.

iKnow managed this project through from the conceptual phase to the final rollout. Our role here encompassed:

• Analysis of information inputs, storage and required outputs; what information was it vital for them to retain.
• Review of functional specification to integrate document management product and intranet solution.
• Development of a corporate taxonomy incorporating electronic and physical documents, and archive/retention policies.
• Implementation of document management solution.
• Management of their intranet development project, allowing the organisation to push iinformation out to staff.
• Set-up training processes and procedures.
