Dunedin City Council
Dunedin City Council implemented the DataWorks
product suite over 5 years ago, during this implementation due to
computer software compatibility this was only rolled out to a small
group of users.
Dunedin City Council approached iKnow to help
them to roll-out the product to the rest of the business. This
involved numerous tasks to be completed:
- Review of Business Processes
- Documentation of Policies and Procedure
- Development of Training Material
- Co-ordination of Training Resources
- Project Management
- Risk Management
- Issue Management and Resolution
- Workflow Design and implementation
Our Consultant was involved in all aspects of
this project. They project managed this implementation successfully
and it was completed on time and within budget.
