Department of Conservation
DOC identified that the current Electronic
Document and Records Management System, was not benefiting the
organisation fully. Due to this factor, DOC requested information
from the marketplace in regard to other Electronic Document and
Record Management Systems and their functionality. On review of
this information, DOC decided to engage iKnow to re-evaluate the
implementation of the current system.
