Genesis Energy wanted to review the direction and approach that the organisation was taking to manage both electronic and hard-copy files. This review was undertaken due issues such as hardware limitations and organisational disparity etc. During the initial review Genesis Energy identified that the first step in their strategy would be to develop a centralised hard copy filing system from which they would have the ability to migrate into an electronic environment.
