Ministry for the Environment
The Ministry for the Environment (MfE) was in
the final stages of completing a major strategic project
– the clean up of NZ’s most
contaminated site at Mapua (upper south island).
The information being created, managed and
stored on site was not aligned to MfE’s
corporate record keeping policy. Tina was engaged to compile a
Record Keeping Strategy to ensure the information could be managed
according to best practice as well as meet the
Ministry’s long term needs. On conclusion of the
strategy Tina was then requested by the Ministry to implement the
strategy into their organisation.
During this time Tina managed the consulting assignment and
