North Shore City Council’s
corporate Information Management system is DataWorks. Since 2001
council have been progressively increasing the usage of DataWorks
including reviewing and improving businesses processes.
Our Consultant has been involved in a number of facets at North
Shore City Council.
Implementation of new business
processes/workflows
A particular area of council required a number
of new business processes and workflows to be implemented for
contractual obligations. Our Consultant successfully managed a
project to implement 80 reviewed/new workflows.
Implementation of an automated Agenda and Minutes
module
DataWorks has a module called Minutes Manager
that council have elected to use to automate the compilation of
Agendas and Minutes. This has been implemented across all main
committees and council meetings. It is the biggest implementation
of Minutes Manager undertaken in Australasia.
