Tauranga City Council

Tauranga City Council identified a need to a Document Management and Records Management solution. iKnow NZ Limited participated through their tender process and were selected as the preferred vendor, with DataWorks as their product choice.

A major component of their roll-out strategy was to go “Big-Bangâ€, all users going live on the same day. A major aspect of preparation for this was to ensure that all 320 users where trained as close to the go-live date as possible.
